About this Villa
Villa Asha is located in Aldea Premium, one of Tulum’s most exclusive and secure neighborhoods. The town center and the trendy hotel zone are just a short drive or bike ride away. There are bars, restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.
Villa Asha is a luxurious two-story home, designed for lovers of a clean and stylish aesthetic. The villa is an expression of elegant simplicity in the middle of the Tulum jungle. Every part of the home was planned for friends and family to enjoy quality time together. Each piece of furniture was meticulously chosen or custom designed to maximize comfort. Feng shui and vaastu principles were carefully incorporated to give the home its undeniably beautiful energy.
As you enter the villa, you are greeted by floor to ceiling swivel doors that usher you onto a central courtyard with an outdoor pool and living wall. The courtyard is flanked on one side by a designer kitchen and dining area, and on the other side by an open living space, as well as a study with a daybed and full bathroom.
On the second floor, you will find three spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom is equipped with one king-size bed, two air conditioners, two ceiling fans, a private living space and a full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a large shared bathroom. One of these bedrooms also has a balcony.
The views from Villa Asha are spectacular. With floor to ceiling glass wrapping around the central courtyard as well as the front and back patios, there is every opportunity to immerse in nature, waking up to the Mayan sun and drowning in a blanket of stars by night.
At Villa Asha, we offer concierge services such as airport transfers, a private chef, restaurant and beach club reservations, massages, and much more on demand.

We are Shaheen and Abhay Bakaya of Artyza. We are based in NYC with our son, Rishaan.
Shaheen is an attorney and real estate broker with an eye for interior design and architecture. Abhay is a second generation hotelier with a focus in real estate development. By combining our skills, we created Artyza, a design and development firm, and Villa Asha is our flagship project.
